Job Description

Quest Search & Selection are partnering with this British contemporary premium brand who is looking for Supervisor for their flagship concession.This business has been going for over 15 years and find flattering, on-trend and beautifully-made, designer quality clothes at prices that sit within the upper premium market.The brand provides a real emphasis on clienteling & styling and requires the individual to take a creative approach building relationships with clients & customers in the local area.As a Senior Sales Advisor your key responsibilities will be:

  • Providing an exceptional customer service experience to all customers and be their first point of contact.
  • Acting as a brand ambassador
  • genuine interest in designer womenswear, and a passion for the retail industry
  • Dealing with styling and clienteling and looking for repeat business
  • Working towards financial and non-financial KPIs/NPS scores set by the brand and the department store
  • Working closely with the Floor Manager
  • Updating CRM database
  • Involved with store events
  • Ensuring that the visual merchandising is in line with brand guidelines
  • Maintained to a high & luxury store environment.
  • Assisting customers in head to toe styling.
To be successful in this Senior Sales Advisor role -
  • 2+ years in leadership role in Fashion, Retail or Hospitality
  • Supervisory, Styling or Sales experience within a premium consumer market.
  • A genuine passion for Womenswear.
  • Have worked in a department store will be advantageous
  • Previous experience in retail, ideally Womens clothing and be able to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent communicational skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Dynamic, committed and a team player
