Our established client has 2 decades of experience in FMCG recruitment and are looking for an experienced consultant tom come in and recruit for their very warm’ perm desk.Our client believes in giving their consultants the support and space to manage themselves. They don’t push hard KPIs - instead they work to the individual consultant’s needs to ensure they stay motivated and feel confident in their expertise to bring them success. They aim to deliver a cost effective tailored individual service to their clients and candidates ensuring long lasting, professional relationships.The successful Candidate will be responsible for managing the full 360 recruitment process from securing new business to recruiting and interviewing new candidates on a weekly basis. You will have very strong new business sales experience and the ability to recruit, select and retain the very professional service candidates. There is a great opportunity to bill almost immediately as they have a large client base that look to this firm for the high-quality candidates, they have the reputation of providing. So, you could leverage permanent business fairly easily.There is real scope to build a highly successful and profitable desk. The long-term vision is for this person to become an operational lead within the business over the next few years as this is how most of the directors and managers started out,Ideal CandidateThe ideal candidate will be ambitious, the drive to succeed and come from a 360-recruitment background. You’ll have very strong business sales experience and the ability to recruit, select and retain very professional candidates. Being proactive is essential, and you must be able to think on your feet. You will need to possess great communication skills, be resilient, competitive and be a true team player.In addition, you will have a proven track record within the recruitment industry and preferably of the local market. There will also need to be proof of your billings.Benefits
