A business that has beendescribed as home by existing employees, we drive a culture that is founded on positive change and development.The OpportunityWe currently have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Project / Programme Office Analyst to join our Operational Change team on a 2-year fixed term contract. This role will consider candidates across all Diligenta offices.In this role, youll be supporting the Programme Manager or Senior Programme Office Manager by driving forward a broad range of initiatives in line with governance standards, providing analysis and presentation of range of complex data and working in partnershipwith the delivery community.Youll be:

  • Contributing to the setting and maintenance of best practice standards
  • Designing and/or managing governance processes including; planning, change control, risk and issue management, dependencies, resource management, reporting etc.
  • Producing high quality programme level reports to the Executive Management Team and other stakeholders
  • Creating, maintaining and quality assuring Workstream/Release/Programme Plans
  • Maintaining Issues and Risks logs across the programme
  • Building and maintain effective partnership relationships within the Project or Programme to support effective delivery
