Job Description

The Senior IT Engineer is pivotal in maintaining and developing the technological infrastructure in the rapidly evolving technology and telecoms industry.Client DetailsA rapidly growing MSP business that provides first class service.DescriptionYou will be working with a strong team of Senior IT Engineers to deliver top class service to clients. This role will reward you with £40,000 plus depending on experience with NO on call. You will work Monday to Friday 09:00am-17:00 and this will be 4 daysremote with 1 day on the clients site.If this sounds interesting to you, please read on…..What you will bring to the role:

  • Provide support and solutions for IT related issues.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve IT project deliverables.
  • Implement new IT systems and software to improve business processes.
  • Manage and resolve complex IT issues in a timely manner.
  • Conduct regular system audits to ensure functionality and efficiency.
  • Configuration, maintenance and administration of Networks including; Firewall, Switches, Routers.
ProfileThis role is ideal for someone with 3-4 years MSP experience who is extremely motivated and has the ability to adapt to new technologies and processes quickly whilst continuing to learn and develop themselves.What you will bring to the role:
  • A Strong understanding of Windows & Linux distributions.
  • Exposure to Hyper-V / VMware.
  • Windows Server Administration skills.
  • Networking; DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP.
  • Exposure to migration projets.
  • Experience with MS Azure / Intune and/or AWS.
  • MUST hold a Full UK Driving Licence and have access to own car.
Job OfferWhat is on offer:
  • £40,000-£45,000 per anum DOE

  • Excellent Training and Development.
  • Remote working - 4 days.
  • NO on call.
  • Social working hours - Monday-Friday 09:00-17:00.
