The business has been expanding their Scottish operations and now looks to further expand this in 2023, particularly across its audit function. IT Audit isan integral part of that, and as a technologically well funded organisation, they also invest heavily in their IT Audit function. This role would suit someone already working within an IT Audit capacity who is in need of more breadth and ownership, someonewho works within an IT Risk, Governance, Compliance or Controls capacity with audit experience, or someone with a Cyber/InfoSec background looking to focus on IT Audit. In return this client offers an excellent salary, fantastic work life balance, cash bonus,generous pension and flexible working arrangements.Responsibilities of the Senior IT Auditor:* Assess IT processes and identify IT risks* Plan and undertake audit assignments across the organisation* Engage with senior stakeholders and be comfortable attending and running meetings with senior members of staff* Ensure documentation is in place including audit planning memorandum, risk and control matrices and testing plans* Design and performance of Technology and Security audit testing across the global organisationBackground of the Senior IT Auditor:* Experience working within IT Audit, IT Risk/Governance/Compliance/Controls or Cyber/InfoSec with an audit spin, is essential* Experience working within a large organisation or consultancy environment is helpful, but not essential* Technically minded and technically curious with a desire to learn about tech!* Strong stakeholder management skills* Happy to be based in one of the Scottish offices once or twice per week is essential* CISA, CIA and other relevant quals are of course helpfulIs this job for you At Meraki, we love recruitment and love words.
