Job Description

HR Senior OfficerEdinburghHybrid£30,000 - £35,000 DOEPermanent ContractFT | MonFri | 9am5pmI am delighted to be working with one of our highly respected clients in the third sector, who are looking to recruit a Senior HR Officer on a permanent contract.This is hugely varied position in which you will play both an advisory and an operational role. You will be responsible for providing generalist HR advice to team members and expatriates in the organisation, whilst supporting the day to day running of HRoperations.Benefits:

  • 35 days holiday per annum
  • Working from home allowance
  • 10 days carer leave per year

Responsibilities/duties:
  • Support employee relations issues for both domestic and expatriate team members
  • Manage and administer the organisations annual performance management processes
  • Lead HR lifecycle for all organisation contracted domestic and expatriate team members
  • Support with the administration of the policies and procedures that govern employment for the organisation
To be considered for this role, candidates must have:
  • Solid working knowledge of UK Labour Law
  • Previous experience of a similar HR role
  • Good analytical, interpersonal & communication skills
