Permanent Senior HR Advisor - Professional Services Edinburgh (Hybrid/flexible)I am delighted to work with a national professional services business to recruit a permanent Senior HR Advisor in Edinburgh. In this role you will providing generalist support across all areas of the employee lifecycle, whilst being supported by specialistfunctions.Partnering directly with the business, you will build trusted relationships with commercial leaders. The support you provide covers the entire lifecycle from cradle to grave which includes;Onboarding and induction, probationary process, recruitment support, absence or performace management, leaver processes and exit interviews. You will be a first point of contact for employee amd line managers providing advice and support on policies andprocesses. You will also manage employee relations cases, leading on disciplinaries and grievances. You will work closely with line managers and business leaders to support and coach them wherever appropriate.What you need to succeed:You are an experience HR Advisor, ideally having gained this experience within professional services (ideally Legal). You have excellent communication skills and act with professionalism, discretion and integrity. Youre highly organised and thrive in anenvironment and thrive in an environment with exposure to senior leaders.My client is looking for a driven, commercial and forward-thinking HR professional who can join and hit the ground running.
