This will include being part of the Fund Accounting Migration Team within the wider project team focused on on-boarding this new client/funds to Citi Fund Accounting platform.The role holder should have strong Third Party Administration Fund Accounting knowledge and be familiar with the reconciliations.Previous on-boarding migrations experience is preferred.Please note this is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract and a great opportunity to get to know us better.Flexible working:We are a diverse and flexible employer and hiring the best talent is our objective. We are open to flexible working arrangements and work from home opportunities from the outset.Key Responsibilities:Design, build & Implementation of Governance & Control functions for the FA Migration workstreamOversight and Quality Assurance of all migration documentation and artefactsValidation and oversight of Principle based Migration ApproachLead the analysis of Fund and Static Data RequirementsCollation, monitoring and delivery of all evidencing required by the Client within the Migration frameworkTracking against Migration & Resourcing Project plansRequirements collation for migration approach & executionEnsure suitable documentation produced to a high standard, as required on all assigned pieces of work to support delivery and ensure a complete audit trailInitiating and obtaining document sign off with all impacted BAU areas, technology, project teams, 3rd Parties and the clientCommunicating risks and issues to the Migration, Program and Dept.
