Job Description

Senior Financial Analyst

  • Edinburgh - based
  • Umbrella Contract - Up to £550 per day DOE
  • Hybrid - 2-3 days on site
We are working with an established client in the insurance and pensions industry, is searching for a Financial Analyst to join their team in the Pension and Savings Division to take control of their month-end reporting process, providing support to the SeniorFinancial Business Partner and handling ad-hoc reporting requirements.Day to Day Responsibilities
  • Create and maintain comprehensive month-end journal entries, reconciliations, and standard monthly pack reports
  • Assist the Senior Finance Business Partner in providing the business report as well as commentary in response to questions they may have.
  • Prepare ad-hoc reports and analysis as needed
Essential Skills
  • Proven experience as a Financial Analyst or in a similar role
  • Excellent Excel skills with the ability to create complex and insightful reports
  • Ability to work independently and manage own workload effectively
