At the heart of the matchday experience, we bring choice, quality, and value for money to some of the most prestigious sports venues across the UK.Job description:Your key responsibilities as Senior Finance Assistant will consist of:- Raising Invoices and tracking Credit Control- Raising Estimates, Logging Invoices and checking supplier statements- Logging Cash Sales and Deposits to internal system- Submitting Payroll on MyView- Preparation of monthly stock takes- Preparation of weekly departmental forecasting- Weekly actual to forecast analysis- Assist with client/customer queries- Ad hoc duties as specified by Finance ManagerProfile description:The experience and knowledge we are looking for from our future Senior Finance Assistant include:- Experience working within an accounts department- Good numeracy skills- Strong Excel skills- Take ownership of delegated tasks- Ability to work on own initiativeWe offer:This role also comes with a workplace pension, life insurance (x2), 28 days holidaypro-rata (including Bank Holidays).You can also purchase up to 5 additional days annual leave.
