Job Description

Senior Customer Value Manager - Customer ExperienceEdinburgh (with Hybrid working)£65,000 - £80,000Change Digital Recruitment is recruiting a Senior Customer Value Manager on behalf of a nationally recognised digital bank. Based in Edinburgh, Scotland this company provide a broad range of financial products to consumers ranging from savings accounts throughto loans and home, car, and pet insurance.This role sits within the Customer Management team and will focus onleading and inspiring cross-functional teams to deliver value for existing customers. This role will provide support to the Banks Strategy and outcomes by delivering your part of the agreedcommercial, operational and customer outcomes.Key responsibilities for this role will include:

  • Working closely with stakeholders from across the business to deliver business performance
  • Management of product performance including identifying opportunities to enhance existing customer journeys and develop and deepen customer relationships
  • Develop opportunities into Business cases and a prioritised backlog of work
  • * Monitor and review product performance and customer behaviours throughout the customer lifecycle to identify and resolve non-compliance with Bank policies and relevant regulatory codes/codes of conduct
  • Manage commercial results by analysing customer and market trends, monitoring financial results, and adjusting/optimising planned activity
Experience and skills required for the role:
  • Financial services background with experience in retail banking savings is preferred for this role
  • Experience in optimising & enhancing the management of a portfolio of existing customers
  • The preferred candidate will have string stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage and influence colleagues across the organisation
  • Previous experience or working in an Agile environment would be preferred
  • * Ability to lead a team of varying skill sets and experience to deliver against key objectives and projects
This role is based in Edinburgh and the organisation does work in a hybrid way but do expect staff to attend the office. Ideally the candidate will reside in a commutable distance from one of the office locations. For this reason, we will only consider candidatesthat live in a commutable distance or are genuinely open to relocation to Edinburgh
