Job Description

Senior C# .Net Developer - C#,.NET Core, SQL Server, Full Stack Our up and coming client based in Edinburgh is seeks a dynamic, intelligent and keen Senior C# Developer with minimum of 5 years solid experience. The ideal C# Developer will be heavily hands-on and take each project from start to finish with minimum supervision. KEY SKILLS ARE AS MANY OF THE FOLLOWING TECHNOLOGIES: C#,.NET core, MVC, SQL Server, full-stack. The ideal Senior C# Developer will have a keen eye for detail, be a passionate coder and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Again, key technical skills are C#, .Net core, MVC, SQL Server, Full-stack. Typical daily duties and responsibilities will be Full Stack Development, Maintenance, Enhancement etc. with a focus on coding and development using C#, and.net. Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Design, development and testing of new features in the applications
  • Responsible for regular communication with others involved in the development process
  • Implement, test, and bug-fix functionality
  • Responsibility for design and implementation of software projects using C#.NET
  • Participate as a team member in fully agile Scrum deliveries
  • Provide support to end users
  • Design, build, and maintain efficient and reliable C# code
    • As C# Developer, you will be responsible for building C# applications, including anything from back-end services to the client-end counterparts. Your primary responsibilities will be to design and develop these applications, and to coordinate with the rest of the team working on different layers of the infrastructure.Must have skills and experience
  • Minimum 5+ years solid software development experience
  • Proficient in C#.Net
  • Experience with HTML, JavaScript and web development frameworks (AngularJS, Bootstrap, jQuery)
  • Proven experience with software design and OOD methodologies
  • Familiarity with Relational Databases and SQL
  • Experience with ORM frameworks
  • Experience with Web services development (SOAP, REST)
  • Strong in Object Oriented Programming, MVC, Design patterns and SOLID principles
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are a must.This role is based in Edinburgh; however, it will be a homebased role for the time being due to the pandemic and is paying a salary of £50,000 - £65,000 (depending on experience).
