Our client, an award-winning practice based in the south of Edinburgh are seeking a talented Senior / Associate Architect to join their expanding team. In addition to their delivery of core multi-residential projects, they have a growing client base andschemes that include Net Zero Carbon offices, conservation focussed residences and the delivery of an emerging brand in the hospitality sector.The most suitable Senior / Associate Architect must be able to demonstrate a full range of skills from feasibility and detailed planning to technical capability and project management with job running experience. Experience in Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe CreativeSuite, SketchUp and Microsoft Office is required. A few responsibilities include, create detailed drawings, working drawings and produce planning applications for several projects as well as producing technical drawings, working collaboratively with othermembers of staff as well as attending site visits when necessary. Good knowledge of Scottish Building Regulations will also be important for the successful Senior / Associate Architect, you will take responsibility for leading a project team, be comfortablerepresenting the practice at client, contractor, and consultant meetings and take on a key role in the delivery of successful schemes across the UK.Our client are seeking someone to have a hands-on approach to managing the collation of key design and drawing packages while being ready to review other team members work.
