Senior Analyst, Mandate Compliance - Edinburgh Our Financial Services client is looking for a Sr Compliance Analyst to support them on a 15 Month Fixed Term Contract.Reporting to the Senior Manager, this Sr Compliance Analyst job will require you to be responsible for the sign off and review of pre and post trade coding, monitoring, and compliance. As well, using your previous mandate compliance experience, you will be acting as the point of contact for reviewing complex documentation and proving comments and feedback directly to internal and external stakeholders. Acting in accordance with your IOC qualifications and FCA regulations, you will be acting as the final sign off and providing comments for investment compliance coding and legal documentation.Responsibilities- Responsible for reviewing and drafting legal agreements- Monitor and review the accuracy of interpretation, coding, and maintenance of pre and post trade restrictions on in-house system- Managing and providing ongoing communication to internal and external stakeholders- Investigate any issues and provide any enhancements as neededRequirements- IOC qualification- 3+ years’ experience in mandate compliance with significant experience in coding compliance rules- Experience acting as team review and sign-off for investment compliance coding- Previous experience reviewing and drafting legal documents- Proactive team member with exceptional time management skills
