Job Description

Think Agency Creative, Strategy, Media, PR and Data/CRM, all working side by side, solving problems as one collaborativeteam with the client.This new Senior Account Executive role will join an embedded agency model. It comes with great exposure to clients, learning and development as well as working with a dedicated team of creatives to deliver high quality, large volume, fast turnaround creativesolutions for a number of well-known banking brands across all channels.What youll be doing:Working within the account management department you will be the conduit between the client and agency. This means youll be the day-to-day contact ensuring were meeting the clients needs and keeping projects on track and within budget, with responsibilitiesincluding:

  • Supporting Account Manager in campaign management - creation of timing plan and deliverables lists, production and supplier bookings and managing email build using components from owned interface, deploying and analysis using Adobe toolkits.
  • Supporting Account Manager in production - managing deliverables and approvals as required with relevant production team in line with specs and in an efficient manner.
  • Approvals - managing assets through financial promotion and brand approvals process as well as proofing items before going live.
  • Publish - files passed for quality control, published using Adobe Experience Manager and delivered to 3rd party partners as required.

  • Some experience in client-handling
  • Good at problem solving
  • A general awareness and understanding of campaigning and achieving business outcomes
  • Some experience in Agile methodologies
  • Self-motivated with a drive to succeed
  • Sociable and collaborative - thrives on building relationships
  • Gathering information from a range of different sources and in several ways with the ability to then analyse and make recommendations
  • Minimum one years agency experience
  • Attention to detail - ensuring correct grammar, spelling and tone of the published content
