Security Architect - Contract - Edinburgh - £700 per dayChange Digital have an exciting opportunity with one of our Edinburgh based clients who have been reviewed as one of the best places to work in the city. Our client has been expanding their technology teams across both contract (Inside IR35) & permanentand currently have a requirement for an experienced Security Architect coming from a Software, application development background. With the recent establishment of their Architecture Team and recent expansion of the Security area you will be joining at anexciting time as they look to develop their Security Architecture capability, providing authoritative advice and guidance to ensure common tools and patterns are used effectively to deliver secure systems and implement controls to enable business outcomes.Experience and Knowledge Understanding across information security and cyber security Track record of delivering secure cloud-based systems Awareness of the security threat landscape Good understanding of DevSecOps principles Foundational understanding of risk management Knowledge of application development lifecycle and the design of secure code Understanding of both network security and end-user & device security Passion for technology, self-development and cyber security Awareness of SABSA/Zachman/TOGAF Frameworks Understanding of the need to design for compliance to applicable privacy and data security legislationThis is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced contractor to join a global business offering flexibility (3 days remote, 2 onsite), potential contract longevity with a large investment in some of the latest technology.Please forward your latest CV for immediate consideration.
