Following the success of our previous intakes we are seeking to train and develop an additional team of school leavers in permanent roles within our Customer Operations department where you will complete a Customer Service Apprenticeship. What the role involves: Using your first class communication skills, youll be responding to customer enquiries both written and verbally. Youll play a key role in ensuring our customers are equipped with all of the information they need to make the right decision regarding theirpension policies. Youll answer calls in a courteous manner and deliver an excellent service to all customers. Full training, support and equipment will be given.
