Job Description

FPSG have a number of Day Rate Contract requirements for SC Cleared Data Architects to join a high-profile Project. You will have the option to work remotely from anywhere in the UK, or alternatively on-site in Central Scotland. For any Data Architects whoalready hold a current SC Clearance, there is an opportunity to move onto the Project very quickly if you match the criteria outlined below.More information will be made available to suitable applicants, so please consider your suitability against the below requirements and then submit your CV immediately to enter into the process for on-boarding if you feel you have what it takes.What we require you to bring:

  • You will have been SC Cleared recently / currently, as the need to on-board quickly means we need to progress Data Architects who already hold SC Clearance.
  • We are looking ideally for some demonstrable experience with; data standards, modelling (Sparx EA, MooD etc and UML, ArchiMate, TOGAF) as well as experience with master data management and metadata management tools. An ability to be primarily remote based role until restrictions allow full office-based working. NB....The initial contract is expected to extend for a significant period, so please do anticipate that although working is remote just now, at some point, theData Architecture work being carried out may well require you to attend the office location(s) in Central Scotland. This is not expected to be the case in the initial few months of the contract, however, in due course when restrictions permit, it may becomethe case.
  • You will no doubt be familiar with working with senior Data and Technical Leads to define and piece together a Data architecture board for 4/5 project workstreams which span across bespoke software builds, out of the box software roll-outs, new HR & MIsystems as well as a large-scale ERP integration.
  • It is really useful if you come from an Azure/MS background, however, the most beneficial aspect is that you have Data Modelling and Data Architecture experience and can add value quickly to this programme.
