Exciting contract role has become available for an experienced Salesforce Admin to provide support on the Salesforce system as they embed into the service function. This is a support role to an internal service function within a major FS organisation where you will be providing level 1 and 2 support to a range of users. Youll be communicating with a team of c.50 staff so customer facing skills are a must. In addition to Salesforce the other key tools used by the team are MS Sharepoint, MS Power BI and Office 365.This role will suit a candidate who has:-- Salesforce administration within a business unit or operational team- Any MS Sharepoint support experience (e.g. fixing links and ensuring libraries can be accessed)- Management and maintenance experience of key data sources used for MI- Some Office 365 support (including Teams)- Any experience of MS Azure or Power BI would be a plusRole will be fully remote for now but future ability to be in Edinburgh if required (unlikely) would be a major plus.McGregor Boyall is an equal opportunity employer and do not discriminate on any grounds.
