Job Description

This role operates on a Monday to Friday schedule from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. However, occasional out-of-hours work, including hospitality events, may be required.Our client is looking to pay £40,000-50,000 per annum!Your primary objectives will include:Leading and Inspiring Teams: Managing and motivating the Internal Sales Executive (ISE) Team to surpass daily, weekly, and monthly targets. Youll also oversee the Account Managers to ensure they meet their annual budgets and new businesstargets.Strategic Marketing: Taking charge of the Sales Support and Marketing departments, youll be responsible for executing lead generation and product push campaigns, entering bids and tenders, and managing their social media presence.Reporting Excellence: Providing regular weekly and monthly reports on team KPIs to the Sales Director, keeping everyone in the loop on the companys progress.Client Relationships: Managing a selection of Key and Strategic Accounts, ensuring rate renewals and conducting customer meetings when needed.What Youll Do:

  • Manage Key and Strategic Accounts, achieving annual budgets.
  • Lead and drive the internal sales process, meeting daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs.
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve fleet utilisation targets.
  • Oversee marketing campaigns, social media, and ensure campaign deadlines are met.
  • Maintain meticulous records of all sales and hire opportunities on CRM.
  • Execute sales campaigns and product pushes, reporting results to the Sales Director.
  • Ensure all sales team procedures are adhered to.
  • Understand transport costs and ensure accurate quotes are provided.
  • Escalate issues to the Sales Director.
Your Success Indicators:
  • Achieve Team KPIs and targets.
  • Meet your own annual budgets and targets.
  • Maintain product utilisation figures as directed.
  • Ensure all client accounts have in-date rates and SLAs.
  • Submit all Tenders in full and on time via Sales Support Administrator.
