Job Description

Inbound Sales ExecutiveOur client is a leading provider of teamwear for football, running, and cycling clubs and events. Their ongoing success calls for 2 x highly organised Inbound Custom Teamwear Sales Executives to join the team.Football: working almost exclusively with football clubs in Scotland, England and Europe. Multi-Sport: working mostly with running, cycling and other sports clubs.You’ll be working as part of a successful sales department. Your role will involve managing our inbound orders via their Kit Designer, as well as providing great customer service to existing and new customers via emails, calls and online chat.The ideal candidates will be self-motivated, possess excellent IT skills, and demonstrate exceptional attention to detail; coupled with a keen interest and knowledge in football and/or sports in general.This is a hybrid role, requiring two days of in-office work at our clients Edinburgh-based office per week, with initial training delivered face-to-face.Responsibilities and Duties

  • Manage inbound Kit Designer orders and respond to enquiries.
  • First point of contact for inbound customer enquiries via phone line, emails and online chat function.
  • Liaise with customers; ensure that all details such as club crests, sponsor logos, and personalisations are correct.
  • Upsell other products in our range to complement their order.
  • Working with graphic designers to make necessary artwork is correct and vectorised.
  • Place orders with our production managers overseas.
  • Coordinate with the finance department to ensure invoices are issued and paid for.
  • Maintain order progress updates in the CRM system.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers from order placement to delivery.
The ideal candidate will have the following skills, attributes and qualifications:
  • Strong attention to detail is a must.
  • Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Keen interest and knowledge of Scottish/British football sphere and football teamwear.
  • Interest/understanding of other sports (running, cycling, etc).
  • Some experience working with IT systems and CRM software is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator) preferred.
  • Some experience working with the Google Drive platform preferred.
  • Proactive approach to help customers and the team as needed.
  • Takes pride in delivering high-quality work.
  • Ability to work methodically in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective communication with a global team, including production, design, finance, and logistics.
