Uncapped earnings from day 1 are available for an ambitious business development focussed Area Sales Manager, Sales Engineer or Business Development Manager. Youll be remote, home-office based, delivering high-value, specialist equipment sales across Scotland and the North of the UK, with full technical support and training given.BASIC SALARY: £35,000BENEFITS: Realistic £70,000 first year OTE Uncapped commission structure including quarterly and annual payments Fully expensed company car Pension 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays Health careLOCATION:Home based covering Scotland and the North of the UK so you could be based in or around Middlesbrough, Sunderland, Newcastle, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Carlisle, Preston, York or anywhere in North Yorkshire, Lancashire orScotland.JOB DESCRIPTION: Area Sales Manager, Sales Engineer, Business Development Manager, Applications Specialist or Service Engineer - capital equipment / specialist machinery / industrial equipmentIf youre an experienced in capital equipment / specialist machinery sales, a Technical Sales Engineer, or a consultative sales professional with a love of engineering, or a Service Engineer looking for your first move into sales, you should consider this opportunity.Taking over and managing c350 successful Scotland / North England accounts, youll be focused on maintaining, growing and developing your region, making it (and you) even more profitable.Youll be home based / remote based, efficiently organising your time to travel throughout your territory to uncover new business, maximise spend from your existing accounts and ultimately build a successful client network.Youll be a highly consultative person, always curious and asking questions to uncover the technical needs of your customer so that you can match their requirements with our industry leading, specialist machinery. Typical deal values will range from £50,000- £250,000 and because they are significant investments, its essential that you are able to guide the customer to the right decision, through your credibility, not just as a sales person, but also through your strong technical know-how.PERSON SPECIFICATION: Area Sales Manager, Sales Engineer, Business Development Manager, Applications Specialist or Service Engineer - capital equipment / specialist machinery / industrial equipmentWere very open on background for this role.
