Rural Property Solicitor (Senior Solicitor / Associate)Edinburgh or Glasgow or Remote (Hybrid working)Are you currently an experienced rural property solicitor with over 3+ years PQE who is considering your options or just feels like it is time for a change and a fresh challenge with a forward thinking firm If so we have a fantastic new role working for oneof Scotlands most highly regarded rural teams.This highly reputable and recognised full service Scottish legal firm have an enviable reputation, established client base and access to some really diverse range of property work. Their approach to client service is friendly and responsive, and are well knownfor operating with the highest standards of integrity and professional expertise.The successful individual will working alongside highly rated Partners to manage a diverse caseload of rural work which includes renewables, a range of rural title registration work for farms and estates, agricultural leases, business structures, crofting tonon-transactional trust and executry conveyancing. This will involve co-ordinating a range of registration projects across the firms Rural team for a varied range of clients. The firm has an open and progressive culture so you will support and assist colleagueswith transactional work. They are also well known for the professional development of their solicitors and have a track record of promoting individuals quickly through the ranks.This position would suit an individual with a solid grounding in rural property having worked in a similar role. You will have strong drafting skills which will be complimented with excellent attention to detail and the ability to deal with competing prioritiesand deadlines.
