Wehave three behaviors that are central to how we operate as a team and a business: we step up, we tune in and were a force for good.The TeamWe have an exciting opportunity for a RFP Writer to join us and play a critical role in the sales process, developing concise and consistent firm and product responses for business proposals, and help maintain database.Key responsibilities

    • Develop excellent knowledge of products, processes and people to ensure that expected accuracy and quality standards are met. Ensure that the competitive advantages of products come across in RFPs.
    • Contribute to the production of RFPs and other questionnaires for specified asset classes and products, ensuring that all deadlines are prioritised and agreed with relevant partners; ensure all documents are written to suitable standards of accuracy, consistencyand in line with agreed deadlines.
    • Contribute as required to the maintenance of institutional databases ensuring that content remains competitive and commercially relevant as well as accurate and up to date at all times.
    • Collaborate with colleagues on the sourcing, collation and maintenance of data on the central database ensuring accurate and consistent data from relevant areas across AAM.
    • Build and maintain strong working relationships with all internal suppliers and clients, including relevant fund managers and salespeople, and relevant members of the finance, operations, legal and performance measurement teams; be prepared and organisedto respond quickly to product and corporate information queries from customers.
    • Continually develop and update regulatory, investment and industry knowledge. Ensure training requirements are fulfilled and personal knowledge is up to date and of sufficient depth.
    • Responsible for compliance with the regulatory and legislative regime as it impacts your role and for ensuring that risks are identified, reported and managed accordingly.
Skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to work to tight deadlines
    • Accuracy and attention to detail
    • Experience in asset management or a strong desire to develop a deep knowledge of the industry
    • Experience in maintaining information in a content management system (e.g., Qvidian, RocketDocs, RFPio, Loopio)
    • Experience in maintaining institutional client databases and working with database interrogation tools
    • Skill in building and maintaining relationships across the organisation
