Job Description

Quest Search & Selection are partnering with this British contemporary premium brand. This business has been going for over 10years and find flattering, on-trend and beautifully made, designer quality clothes at prices that sit within the upper premium marketfor women clients in the mid 30s +.They are looking for Retail Style Advisor for their boutiques. The overall accountability of this role here is to deliver sales whilst also looking after back-of-house areas.Key responsibilities of this Retail Style Advisor position:

  1. Delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  2. Confident in providing personalized shopping appointments.
  3. Proficient in customer relationship management and engagement.
  4. Ensuring completion of daily tasks and provide insights in end- of- day reports.
  5. Maintaining store cleanliness.
  6. Skilled in handling refunds and customer issues.
  7. Meeting visual merchandising standards.
  8. Managing stock replenishment and inventory processes.
To be successful in this Retail Style Advisor position:
  1. Ideally have 1 year experience in fashion in a Luxury/ environment.
  2. Has worked as a Sales of Style Advisor capacity
  3. Previous styling experience would be desirable.
  4. Confident with outfit building.
  5. Excellent communicational skills and ability to work under pressure.
  6. Confident in cashier duties.
  7. Confident with CRM systems.
