As the Captain of the Managing Associate Ship, based in either Edinburgh or Glasgow, youll dive into both contentious and non-contentiousinsolvency and restructuring matters. Picture steering the ship with the Heads of Division and the entire lively crew.WHAT YOULL BE HANDLING:

• Navigating the team through financial restructuring and mixed contentious and non-contentious insolvency adventures.
• Tackling transactional insolvency matters, advising on CVAs, pre-packs, and navigating the trading administrations sea.
• Reviewing and advising for litigation funders, adding your expertise to the mix.
• Handling banking documentation, orchestrating Security Reviews, and managing amendments and variations with the crew.
• Advising major banks and alternative lenders in the distressed work-out arena - your ship, your rules!
• Guiding directors through their obligations in the context of an under-performing business - your leadership shines!
• Engaging in Business Development festivities, with a focus on client interactions and the occasional pirate-themed networking event.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:To join the crew, you need:

• Experience in restructuring, corporate, banking, or litigation, with 4+years PQE - your legal treasure chest!
• Excellent attention to detail, because the treasure is in the details.
• Tech-savvy skills, mastering MS Word, Excel, and database navigation.
