Job Description

Resource Planner Huntswood are looking for a Resource Planner who will be responsible for the accuracy of forecasting and supporting delivery of all performance metrics across change.Role overview:Location: Central Edinburgh - Clients SiteRate: £200 per dayStart Date: ASAPShift: Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.30pmDuration: 6 months with a view to extendIR35 status: Umbrella OnlyUmbrella only recruitment - This is only available to individuals working via an Umbrella company, we can assist you with thisResponsibilities

  • To prepare forecasts for call & non-call workloads and resource. Monitoring drivers against business change & developing models to improve accuracy
  • Creating shift rotations based on call profiles
  • Schedule offline activity for call handlers
  • Provide operational reporting and insight to optimise performance
  • Provide analysis on operational and service delivery challenges and provide possible solutions
  • Work with operations to identify ways to improve metrics, performance, and efficiencies
    • Skills required:
  • Previous WFM experience in a multi-channel call centre environment
  • Previous experience working with WFM tools
  • Strong Excel skills with the ability to utilise formulas and extract data from a number of sources to produce accurate and user-friendly MI reports
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to understand issues, inform and, drive
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Flexibility/ adaptability to cope with change
  • Good planning and organisational skills
  • Proven ability to build networks and relationships
