Job Description

Join us as a Regulatory Reporting Solutions Analyst

  • This is a unique opportunity to join an area which has a significant focus across the bank
  • Well look to you to maintain our existing SAS reports to support the internal and external regulatory reporting outcomes
  • Youll be provided with a platform to keep building your knowledge and expertise, and will be offered the opportunity to grow your network across Regulatory Reporting and Finance
What youll doAs a Regulatory Reporting Solutions Analyst, youll be supporting the production of reports from SAS, or other tools, which are complete, controlled and accurate prior to sign-off and submission to regulators. Youll also be:
  • Supporting the redevelopment of existing SAS reports on AWS in line with our technology strategy
  • Making sure that all controls and processes are documented and are completed with CEC2 standards
  • Making sure that the reporting is adequate in providing audit trails and analysis to support the published numbers
  • Agreeing procedures, timelines and delivery plans for reporting
  • Presenting analysis in a suitable format, tailoring communications to stakeholders
The skills youll needTo succeed in this role, youll need programming experience in SAS or SQL, with the ability to deliver to tight deadlines, work flexibly and adapt to changes in priority. Additionally, youll need:
  • Problem solving skills and the ability to work independently
  • Experience of task delivery in an analytical, regulatory, or reporting context
  • An understanding of Agile ways of working
  • Experience of working with risk data or in an external reporting team
