A business that has beendescribed as home by existing employees, we drive a culture that is founded on positive change and development.The OpportunityWe have an exciting new permanent position available for a Regulated Reconciliations Team Manager!Our Finance Operations function is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial records and transactions within our clients organisation. The primary goal of this function is to process payments, receipts and distributions as well asidentify and resolve any discrepancies or errors in financial records. This is important for maintaining the reliability of financial information, facilitating proper financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.This role is within the Regulated Reconciliations Team (CASS), which is responsible for completing daily client money reconciliations, identifying and resolving discrepancies, documenting findings, and working closely with Operations to implement correctiveactions. The Team also provides support for month-end ledger processes and controls, ensuring that all client money and assets are accurately accounted for and safeguarded, as well as ensuring the firms adherence to controls and the FCAs CASS regulationsand minimising any regulatory breaches.Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of dealing with complex queries for Regulated Reconciliations (Legacy & BaNCS) and act as an escalation point for issues and complex queries.
• Prepare and present financial information on request to Senior Managers/Senior Leadership Team.
• Work alongside the Control and Oversight Team to provide input towards projects to deliver the companys strategic initiatives.
• Lead and manage the Mutual Funds Regulated Reconciliations Team of highly technical individuals in a fast paced highly regulated environment. Ensuring individuals are properly trained, managed and motivated to perform their role.
• Establish appropriate and effective KPIs to measure individual and team performance and utilise these measures to motivate team members to deliver a best in class Regulated Reconciliations function.

• Strong Communication skills and experience dealing with stakeholders.
• Knowledge and experience with reconciliations
• Experience working within financial services and to FCA Guidelines
• Experience working towards deadlines.
• Accounting qualification or have experience working within accounting.
