Job Description

Connections Recruitment is delighted to be assisting a leading UK developer in their search for a Regional Facilities Manager on an interim basis.The Regional Facilities Manager will be responsible for the smooth and efficient management and operation of several buildings between Edinburgh to Glasgow.As a Facilities Manager youll be confident managing both the physical asset and the soft services that keep it ticking, all whilst building upon excellent working relationships with the existing occupiers to create a first-class FM service for them.

  • Manage the finances ensuring all costs are managed within budgets and undertaking quarterly cost reviews;
  • Provide monthly reports to the Head of FM on all budgets;
  • Draft annual Service Charge Budgets in conjunction with the wider team;
  • Ensure properties fully comply with H&S, Sustainability Policy and Legislative requirements;
  • Review RAMS and ensure all risks are appropriately managed;
  • Manage contractors and suppliers for properties under your responsibility, ensuring all work carried out following the Health and Safety Policies and Procedures;
  • Management of all sub-contractors and visitors to the site, delivering an exceptionally high standard;
  • Undertake regular inspections of the site, including its fabric/construction, plant and equipment and other relevant areas;
  • Report faults/incidents through logbooks facilities management helpdesk, keep abreast of updates and chase as required;
