Were passionate about our people and proud that the services we provideachieve the highest standards of compassionate care, supporting choice and empowering our clients to live the life they want.Under the direction of the Resourcing Team Leader the Recruitment Resourcer role is to source clinical staff providing support to the candidates throughout the recruitment process. They will provide excellent customer service to all candidates to facilitateour packages of care. This involves maximising on all resourcing avenues to successfully attract candidates within the agreed timeframes. Everyday you you will...

  • Ensure job adverts are relevant, engaging and up to date. Supporting with mailers and promotions where needed.
  • Make sure that KPIs are met within the agreed timeframes according to company policies and procedures whilst support with weekly stats and reporting.
  • Be responsible for liaising with candidates throughout the recruitment journey, possessing a confident, warm, customer focused telephone manner when dealing with candidates at all times. Ensure all email correspondence is timely, accurate and professional.
  • Support the team with the management of all candidates in pipeline and assist with database utilisation. Promote Refer a Friend (RAF) scheme at all times, where relevant. Ensure this is tracked and measured to show effectiveness of this channel.
