  • Experience as a recruitment consultant, working £40K-plus salaried roles
  • IT sector experience, ideally, or finance, HR, engineering or technical
  • Business-to-business sales experience
  • Endurance, adaptability, and drive - to succeed, but also the resilience to bounce back from setbacks
