Recruitment Consultant

You’ll be part of a close-knit team where you can directly influenceyour income and career development. We offer full training and would happily speak to candidates with no recruitment experience as long as you are keen to succeed in a sales environment. Likewise, we have the ability to support Senior Consultants looking fora new challenge. Day to day of the role:
  • Work towards and exceed sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
  • Engage in business development activities to expand your desk.
  • Provide exceptional service to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Collaborate with your team to share best practices and support each other’s growth.
  • Embrace the fun and dynamic culture of our company while maintaining professionalism.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
