  • Liaise with candidates throughout the resourcing journey, possessing a confident, warm, customer focused telephone manner when dealing with candidates at all times.
  • Be proactive in sourcing candidates from job boards, social media platforms and targeted headhunting whilst using your expertise in building a desk from scratch
  • Manage your pipeline of candidates keeping regular contact points of communication. Ensuring KPIs are met within the agreed timeframes according to company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate effectively with our marketing department to deliver on campaigns and promotions to drive interest. Ensuring job adverts are relevant, engaging and up to date.
  • ProvideAdministration and compliancy of candidate files for candidate onboardingcomplying with all relevantregulatory requirements

  • Proven experience of working in a recruitment/resourcing environment with a proactive approach to work
  • Experience in a healthcare sector/public sector is highly desireable to support background knowledge
  • Evidenceof working to tight deadlines and targets in a fast paced role
