Job Description

Are you looking for a dynamic role where you can make a real impact We are currently seeking a Recruitment Administrator/Resourcer to cover maternity leave for our client based in Leith. This is an exciting opportunity to join their team and contribute to the success of their business!Salary: NegotiableHours: Monday-Friday, 9am-5:30pm - hybrid working pattern 3 days in office, 2 from homeContract Length: Minimum 6 monthsRole Overview: As a Recruitment Administrator/Resourcer, you will work closely with designated consultants and the head office team. This critical role requires the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attentionto detail and composure. While the role can be busy and repetitive, it also offers opportunities for proactive initiative during quieter periods.Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing support to Consultants:
    • Communicating with candidates regarding potential roles
    • Sending CVs to Clients as instructed by Consultants
    • Coordinating all stages of interviews between clients and candidates
    • Compiling accurate Job Specifications for candidates
    • Liaising with HR and recruiting managers
    • Proactively identifying and addressing current vacancies, and engaging with consultants and candidates accordingly
    • Managing consultants schedules and assisting in workload organisation
    • Generating searches for consultants as needed from the recruitment CRM
    • Formatting documents for distribution to candidates and clients
    • Ensuring accurate and timely data entry and updates in the recruitment CRM
  • Handling telephone calls and inquiries effectively, including advert response calls and general inquiries
Additional Duties:
  • Maintaining comprehensive knowledge of all current vacancies on the Database
  • Addressing client and candidate queries across all levels
  • Interacting with high-level customers and internal staff, including Directors
  • Collaborating with the team, providing support and flexibility as needed
  • Advertising jobs on selected websites as required
