Job Description

RECRUITMENTiQ is working in partnership witha firm of experienced Chartered Financial Advisers with offices in Edinburgh, Glasgow and Kelso.As we are independent, we can research the whole market for the right solution to your individual needs. Having a professional network of experts ensures that we can always give you the best advice.A temporary Receptionist position is available over the coming months.The job entails providing professional, friendly and efficient reception services to all clients and visitors as well as providing administrative support to the management and staff.Whether it is face-to-face or by phone, you will be the first contact for our busy Edinburgh offices clients.In this position, you will be expected to perform the following duties:

  • Meet & greet clients
  • Respond to telephone calls and transfer them to the appropriate person/area within the company
  • Manage meeting room diaries
  • Maintain the meeting rooms
  • Offer refreshments to our clients
  • Deal with the morning mail
  • Frank all outgoing mail
  • Assist with general admin duties along with potentially binding valuations and reports
  • Ensure our reception area is always neat and tidy
The following skills and qualities are essential:
  • Strong data entry skills
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office packages
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good organisation skills and ability to prioritise workload
  • Flexible approach to work
With an enthusiastic team, you will work in a fast-paced, diverse environment.
