Job Description

Office Angels Edinburgh have an exciting opportunity for an Receptionist/Administrator with our client - based Midlothian- This will be a solely office based role. The hours are Monday-Thursday, 8:30am-5pm and on Friday the hours are 8am-1pm and the salaryis £18k-£21k dependant on experience.Due to the location of the role it is essential that you have a car.Full training will be providedDuties & Tasks* Process all relevant information for applicants, employers and trainees as required.* Process applications.* Provide admin support for all functions.* Undertake any additional administration as required by the Senior Administration Officer.* Process applications* Maintain details of trainees stored in our clients database.* Input trainee information to bespoke database systems.* Collate and record staff expenses.* Be the first point of contact for incoming telephone calls and route calls to appropriate person.* Deal with incoming emails.* Electronic filing.* Maintain stationery supplies and order where necessary.* Receiving and sending out post.* General maintenance of photocopiers and franking machine.* General upkeep of mailroom.* Prioritise workload on a day-to-day basis to meet administration requirements.KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED* Communication skills - interpersonal, oral and written.* Computer knowledge/keyboard skills/Microsoft Office and knowledgeOffice Angels acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
