Job Description

Receptionist - Edinburgh - Salary £19,500 - 22,500 p/a DOEAre you an experienced Receptionist looking for a new role in Edinburgh Do you have experience working within a legal environment Are you interested in joining a well-known firm based in EdinburghWe are looking to speak to experienced Receptionists who are looking for a new opportunity in Edinburgh. For this role you must have excellent work ethic, strong communication and customer service experience as well as the experience of working within afast-paced environment.This is a full-time role, working Monday-Friday 9-5pm. This role will be office based.Are you who we are looking for

  • You have reception experience (legal services preferred, but not essential)
  • You are a confident communicator both written and orally
  • You have excellent diary management and organisation skills
  • You have strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Case Management systems
  • You enjoy providing excellent customer service
  • You have administrative experience
  • You are able to work well individually and use initiative
  • You enjoy building key business relationships with internal and external stakeholders
What is the day to day like
  • Greeting and welcoming clients into the office in a friendly and professional manner
  • Maintaining key front of house standards
  • Answering incoming calls and transferring as appropriate
  • Scheduling appointments between clients and colleagues
  • Managing room bookings and ensuring standards of presentation are met
  • Maintaining all confidentiality in accordance with GDPR and firm requirements
  • Supporting colleagues with all admin duties
  • Assisting with any other duties when required
