Job Description

A highly regarded, legal 500 law firm is searching for an experienced real estate associate to join their expanding, exceptional team. This firm boasts one of the largest real estate teams in the UK, with an impressive range of clients including commercialand residential developers, investors, major corporate occupiers and banks/funders.You would be part of a team of specialists within the Scottish residential development team who deal with issues around site acquisition for housebuilders, disposals, forward funding, affordable, mixed use, site set up and all related issues including planning,infrastructure, real estate tax, and construction.Skills & Qualifications

  • 1-5 PQE
  • Residential development work
  • Conveyancing on disposals and acquisitions
  • Site set up including deeds of conditions, development plan approval, utilities disposals and servitudes, searches, advance notices, other servitudes and wayleaves
  • Sasine and Land registered title reports, title indemnity policies in respect of minerals reservations and/or other title restrictions
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
