Job Description

Adult Social Workers - Care Home Review TeamTemporary contract: Full-Time and part-time positions availableSalary: £24.30 - £31.92 an hourDuration: 3 months +(holiday pay and pension included)The Social Care Community Partnership are currently recruiting qualified social workers to assist with one of our Local Authority clients care home reviews during the coronavirus pandemic for older people. The assessor will ensure service users receive tailored person-centred support which meets and improves their health and wellbeing needs.Experience:

  • Experience of undertaking person-centred assessments, risk assessments, support planning and care reviews.
  • Experience of working with older people or people with learning disabilities.
  • Experience of chairing care reviews with service users, families and key workers.
  • Excellent report writing skills.
  • Ability to confidentially challenge and report any adult protection or poor practice issues encountered during the review.
