KeyResponsibilities Primarily to undertake anti-money laundering ID checks on private individuals, advise and respond accordingly as appropriate to the compliance team Ensuring that files adhere to compliance and AML regulations Providing full administrative support to the Rural Agency team Filing online and offline, photocopying and scanning various documents Raising invoices, fee share allocation using Reapit (in-house database), managing disbursements Updating and/or producing schedules, spreadsheets, presentations, reports, pitches and correspondence Book photography, floor plans and liaise with relevant companies Assisting in the production of sales particulars Assisting with booking, organising and collating local weekly advertising / booking and collating national advertising where necessary General office support as and when required Keeping marketing materials up to date for office displays, direct mail campaigns and pitch materials Maintain relationships with suppliers and processing invoices Be proactive to be able to complete work required Take minutes for meetings and type up summaryKeySkills Experience in a similar role is preferable Advanced Microsoft Office skills (incl. PowerPoint) Fast and accurate copy and audio typing Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including a pleasant telephone manner Must understand the principles and practice of client care Ability to work in a team and understand team dynamics Strong proof reading and attention to detail skills Previous property sales or lettings experience is preferable A flexible approach to work are and a positive attitude Proactive attitude and ability to multitask and to work accurately and effectively under pressure Ability to exercise confidentiality and discretion at all timesTeam OverviewThe Edinburgh Rural Agency team is part of the thriving and established wider UK Farm Agency team which specialise in selling and purchasing farms and estates throughout the whole of Scotland. The team comprises of three Directors, two Associate Directorsa Graduate and a Buyer Care Agent.
