One PM will be working on “Operational Readiness”, the other “Change Requests”. Looking for non-technical PM’s with the core skills of:• Impact assessments/ PoC’s• Financial management – must have managed budgets before• Change management• Insurance experience• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.Sort of IT change and business changeOperational readiness –The business will be making process and operational changes in order to ensure the business is ready to migrate.There have been assigned business change champions (senior leaders) who will have to communicate any process or operational changes. These PMs will be co-ordinating with those change champions to make sure they communicate between them and the client.The operations function consists of business users within insurance e.g. financial advisors, customer facing, finance area (accounting).Skills:
