On offer is the chance to work a fast-paced and technically challenging role, where youll be overseeing a variety of key functions within their Production, working within an ambitious electronics business with an international presence, who will train youup in the highly complex product range. This highly innovative business designs, manufactures, and supports complex telecommunication products that are used across the global by industry leading organisations. 15 years since their inception, they developed a fantastic global reputation and have earnta place on the London Stock Exchange. In line with their rapid growth, they are seeking a Production Manager to lead production functions and implement new processes in a crucial business position. This role is integral to the Production and delivery of the final good. As they continue to increase the volume and complexity of their highly niche product range, they are seeking someone to oversee the total Production process and implement new workforcesystems. Tasks will also include provision of prototype to support NPI, effective manufacturing, warranty and product repair. This is a role in which you can really make your own, taking production through a journey that you can take real ownership for.
