* Product Owner* Agile* Software DevelopmentProduct Owner £60,000 - £65,00012 - 18 Month Fixed Term ContractEdinburghCVs by 27th November 2020Start date January - March 2021Meraki Talents global Asset Management client in Edinburgh are currently looking for a Product Owner to join them on a fixed term basis for 12- 18 months.Background of the Product Owner;* Business qualification preferred, with computer science or experience in a related field* Solid understanding of the product lifecycle* In-depth experience with agile methodologies, technical understanding of products, and up-to-date with industry standards and best practices* Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite; working knowledge of software development* Comfortable working with multiple teams, in-house and remote* Excellent verbal and written communication skills* Accurate and precise attention to detail* Able to build strong interpersonal relationships with business analysts, senior management, and internal and external stakeholders* Experience with JIRA, VersionOne, or a similar agile product management toolset.* Product Owner certification (e.g. CSPO, SAFe POPM)* Track record of continued and recent education in agile, including training, conferences, user groups and self-study* Knowledge of approaches discussed in the agile space: XP, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS, Crystal, FDD, etc.Is this job for you At Meraki, we love recruitment and love words.
