Job Description

The companyIceni Earth wants to get nature on the balance sheet in response to the global nature climate crisis. We believe all businesses who use land should be able to achieve a net gain in biodiversity and comply with their corporate requirements under increasinglycomplex environmental legislation.Were building a digital platform to enable land developers, land managers and the public sector to map, measure and manage land to enhance biodiversity. Were putting together a diverse team of innovators and problem solvers to add to our rapidly growingteam.Your roleWe are seeking a dynamic product manager to join our growing company. Youll be coordinating the product teams delivery ensuring it reflects the business need, as well as developing and managing critical commercial opportunities.Youll have a depth of experience in delivering digital products and be looking to take on increasing ownership to drive product growth. Were looking for visionaries not mercenaries.Responsibilities

  • Manage the product development process using a dual track agile approach, prioritising features in line with the business need.
  • Improve and tighten foundational processes such as build, measure, learn cycles and within that lead user engagement and feature validation.
  • Manage enterprise customers and the delivery of critical projects, building the companys foundation of customer support.
  • Deliver at pace across a number of projects at any given time, provide an open and true reflection on planned vs actual delivery.
  • Define and track core metrics for your product delivery. Iterate and improve on your work to hit our goals and create additional value for our customers.
  • Work with a multidisciplinary cross-functional team to find the best path to meeting our business objectives.
About youExperience
  • Youre comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
  • Ideally, you have shipped world class enterprise products at a fast growing company.
  • You have experience delivering products using a dual track agile approach.
  • Youre able to produce product roadmaps and release plans that reflect a prioritised need of the business and its customers.
  • Product owner experience would be extremely desirable.
  • Youre passionate about building value for customers. Youre comfortable in a customer/user facing role and continuously seek to better understand their needs and work with the product/tech team to deliver on those needs.
  • You can demonstrate experience of managing enterprise-level customers.
