The Role: Product Governance Manager M&G Wealth which sits in the Retail & Savings division of M&G plc, covers all our growth products within the UK retail market. This includes open life and pension products as well as our investment platform, model portfolio service and financial advice solutions.M&G has a broad range of product, investment and distribution capabilities allowing it to design and deliver products and services that meet customers needs and objectives. The Product Governance Manager will be joining the Proposition and Marketing function for M&G Wealth who are responsible for proposition strategy, management, marketing and delivery. The Proposition team is responsible for overseeing and managing ongoing productmanagement as well as the technical elements of new product developments across M&G Wealth. This role will be required to work with various stakeholders across the M&G organisation. The role will ensure that the Wealth Product Management function fulfils its regulatory and governance requirements. The role holder will help with the design and delivery of the management frameworks and be responsible for ensuring there is an organised, demonstrable,pragmatic and holistic approach to product development and management.
