Together the People & Culture, Clients & Markets, IT, Operations, Finance and Quality & Risk Management teams make it their mission to ensure Mazars hasthe right tools, technology, strategies and services in place to deliver exceptional client service and future-proof our growing business.This role will be part of the Clients & Markets team supporting our Private Client service line. Mazars Private Client is an award-winning team that provides financial planning, personal tax and wealth management services to individuals both in the UK andinternationally.About the role

  • Supporting the Private Client Marketing Lead with day-to-day B2C marketing activities including; social and digital activity, creation of marketing communications, the organisation of national events and webinars, campaign support and preparation of monthlyreports.
  • Maintain CRM systems and data for marketing activities and ROI.
  • Collation of content and communications for internal teams.
  • Maintain the Business Calendar for campaigns and events.
  • Assist in the development, distribution and maintenance of national and regional campaign collateral.
  • Maintaining a central repository of marketing materials for our teams.
  • Attend, where appropriate, local events around the country to provide professional marketing support and assistance.
What are we looking for
  • Marketing degree is preferable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Positive and approachable manner
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Good time management and the ability to prioritise
  • Good copywriting/proofreading abilities.
  • Proficient in all MS programmes - particularly PowerPoint, Word and Excel
  • Attention to detail
  • Capacity to make quick but rational decisions.
  • Problem solving skills and initiative
