The charity supports people with disabilities and long-term health conditions to lead good lives and achieve what matters mostto them.The RoleThe successful candidates will provide training and support for teams to learn how to use the tools, processes, and procedures required to do their job including: support planning, quality improvement, activity planning, and recruitment.You will model work practices consistent with a common set of person-centred behaviours and work with teams to develop and embed effective person-centred support practices.Alongside a team coach you will support teams to work autonomously and make decisions within a clear framework of accountability.You will be skilled in question driven coaching approaches, designing person-centred support strategies and have experience of supporting teams to build capacity to work autonomously.The work you do to support teams will result in the people the organisation support achieving the things that matter most to them in their lives.Skills &Qualifications
