The Company recruiting for Plumber - Leak Detection Specialist:This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-respected & expanding company. This organisation has grown and are in a great position to want to grow its field-based engineering technical support team. This national based business is well established andare proud of their company reputation. They are looking to recruit a hands-on practical candidate with good communication skills & offer a competitive benefits package including overtime & bonus.The Role of Plumber - Leak Detection Specialist:Based from home, you will be covering a local territory daily, visiting a range of damaged properties based within the residential building sector. You will be expected to use your existing plumbing skills to trace, access and repair clean water leaks atdomestic sites. This will be achieved through your existing knowledge, as well as specialist equipment such as tracer gases, acoustic testing, CCTV, and infra-red technology where training will be provided if needed. Typically working a 40hr week; Mon-Fri,there is opportunity to earn bonus once a certain number of jobs have been completed monthly.The Candidate for Plumber - Leak Detection Specialist Position:The successful candidate needs to be able to demonstrate a good strong work ethic. You will need to be flexible with regards to working hours as on occasions you will need to work overtime. Youll have existing plumbing experience and ideally a supportingqualification. Having good communication skills and being professional and courteous at customers sites. The role involves hands on & physical work, so you need to be prepared and willing undertake these duties.
  • A formal Plumbing qualification is essential
  • Hardworking, practical & the ability to be flexible with working hours
  • Good verbal, written & reading, communication skills
  • Interest in building & construction roles.
  • Basic IT literacy is essential
  • Full driving licence with no more than 6 points
The Package for Plumber - Leak Detection Specialist:
  • £26,000 - £36,000 Basic Salary, depending on experience
  • Full-time, permanent position
  • Bonus + Competitive Overtime
  • Door-to-door pay
  • Overtime at 1.5x Mon - Sat & 2x Sunday
  • Expensed vehicle, fuel card, pension, tools, uniform & full PPE & ongoing training
  • 25 days holiday plus stats
