Location:Home based/ remote: This role covers the Midlands region and surrounding areas - travel is required.The Role: A rare and exciting opportunity has become available to join the Platform Adoption Team at M&G Wealth. Reporting to the Head of Platform Adoption, you will be responsible for implementing the M&G Wealth platform into adviser businesses, ensuring new users are self-sufficient in operating the core functionality, feeding back functionality enhancements based onmarket/competitor practice and driving our growth strategy. Key Responsibilities: Pre Implementation

• Represent the M&G business to promote the M&G Wealth platform in order to secure adoption of our platform and support our growth targets.
• Consult with key distributors to explore and analyse their current implementation needs.
• Identify and execute on the training needs of adviser firms and their support staff

Implementation

• Working with the IFA business during the implementation phase to ensure a successful launch & integration with the platform and key processes.
• Provide ongoing support to advisers and their support staff to ensure further develop
• Maintain and enhance relationships that sustain profitable growth and support the overall Sales Distribution Strategy

Internal Stakeholder Management

• Build strong personal relationships with key internal customers, appropriate support functions and external service providers.

Insight and Feedback

• To gather feedback from adviser firms and their support staff during & post implementation, allowing evaluation of the value and success of the adoption programme
• Proactively engaging with Marketing & Propositions, highlighting trends, enhancements and market changes.

Key Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

• Previous Platform Adoption experience essential
• A good knowledge of the wealth management market, being able to understand adviser propositions and the service they are looking to offer through a platform.
• An overarching view and understanding of the platform market and a view on regulatory updates and how they can impact a platform.
• Ideally either 3 years sales experience within Financial Services or at least 12 months experience with another department within M&G Wealth You must have strong communication skills with the ability to manage and develop key relationships.
• You must be personable and confident with advisers and be able to take initiative when challenges present themselves.
